John Streeten
President

Mr. Streeten is a Co-founder and President of NEW WORLD APPS, Inc. Prior to NEW WORLD APPS, he was Vice President, Finance for USinternetworking, an early Application Service Provider, where he led the Mergers & Acquisitions, Treasury and Investor Relations functions. While at USi, John led the acquisition of two IT services firms and led the raising of over $88 million in private debt for USi pre-IPO. In total, USi raised over $320 million in private equity, private debt and an initial public equity offering during his tenure at the firm.

Prior to USi, John worked at IBM Corporation in IBM's Acquisition Finance organization, leading the evaluation and selection of strategic software companies for IBM's Software Group to acquire. In addition to John's finance experience, he spent eleven years as a Sales Manager leading high performance sales teams for IBM Corporation's Lotus Division and Lockheed Martin's CalComp Division, and spent eight years in Sales and Product Marketing.

John received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Dartmouth College.




Daniel L. Tudahl
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

In his capacity as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Tudahl leads the Operations and Services Delivery teams at NEW WORLD APPS. He brings over 18 years of technical leadership and management experience in information technology, software strategy, development and implementation. Dan has held various executive positions within IBM leading OS/400 software development programs. He helped pioneer the development outsourcing model at IBM by successfully creating an external laboratory and transferring all programming support of AS/400 Office Automation products to Keane, Inc.

As a Principal with Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (PRTM), Dan helped lead the firm's Information Technology practice and led major projects at AT&T, IBM, Lucent, Lotus, Seagate, Xerox and CIENA corporations. At Xerox, he worked for the CIO in a two-year assignment to develop processes for the IT organization. He received a Xerox corporate award for his efforts.

Most recently, Dan was Director of Product Management at Daleen Technologies Inc. where he helped develop the software company's overall strategy and product plans, and adapted their product to an Application Service Provider (ASP) environment. Dan received his MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.
