Position Title: Inside Sales Account Representative

Description

The Inside Sales Account Rep is responsible for meeting/exceeding the assigned revenue goals of the solutions sales account base or territory that he/she manages.

Primary responsibilities include closing recurring revenue, prospecting, developing qualified sales opportunities for new business, and account management of corporate clients. The Inside Sales Account Rep will work with Field Account Reps to meet the assigned revenue goals of the account base the Field Account Reps manage

Requirements

Experience: Minimum three years experience quota carrying, outbound telesales in high tech industry; The rep must understand the Internet and the IT Services industry, and must be able to articulate how the NEW WORLD APPS strategy fits. Some knowledge of Web-hosting and IT Outsourcing, as well as knowledge of competitive offerings and concepts, are a must. A good understanding of overall software market and the unique geography/demographics a plus.

Skills/Abilities: Account management skills; excellent interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent verbal and written communications skills; Ability to work in a team selling environment; problem solving ability.

Education: The rep should possess a BS/BA degree and proven track record of 2-3 years of successful quota carrying sales experience to high level decision makers.
